Vintage 1978 GARFIELD McDonalds Glass Mug Cup "Use Your Friends Wisely"

This very collectible, affordable, high quality Glass mug designed for & sold by McDonald's is one of several issued during the year featuring "GARFIELD the cat & ODIE the dog" a animated character/comic  feature that would become one of the most popular and enjoyed of its time by young & old both from the late 1970's - up into late 80's/early 90's. This is very nice item for the collector of advertising, McDonald's  promos/ads, Garfield, character/promo glasses etc. The artwork is in exceptionally good condition for it's age and being a pre-owned piece showing Garfield on skateboard hooked by a leash to Odie's neck un-knowingly it seems saving Garfield from any strenuous work or activity. This glass is becoming harder to find ever day and in this condition at this price so get it now or may not see a similar chance again.
